Qualified and trained in Austria, India, and US, Chef Dhar and his wife Vandana worked in various Hotels before arriving in Providence. Since 1987, their Restaurant Kabob and Curry has been awarded many accolades.

They are speakers, instructors, and authors and have hosted cooking shows on television. Chef Dhar was featured on the Rhode Show!
